Do you still want to return your item? You can return it within 14 days of receipt (with the exception of personalized items). If you want to return an item, you must register your return via info@withblush.nl . Please include your name, order number, and which items you wish to return. The detailed conditions can be found below.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (with the exception of personalized items). After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. If you return the entire order, you will be credited with the full order amount including any shipping costs. If you return part of the order, any shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The costs for returning from your home to the online store are borne by the customer. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. The costs for unstamped or insufficiently stamped returns will be deducted from your refund. The risk for the return is for the customer.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@withblush.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

With Blush reserves the right to refuse returned items or to return only part of the amount if it is suspected that the item has been used or deliberately damaged. If the delivered items are not returned within the period of 14 days, the shipment has been accepted by you. A defective product must be reported by email immediately upon receipt.
