    Stock items without personalization

    For items that are in stock and do not require personalisation, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days.

    Personalized items

    Personalized items are made with the utmost care and attention especially for you. As a result, delivery times may vary, and the exact number of working days can be found on the product page itself. We strive to produce and ship your personalized order as quickly as possible, and we will keep you informed of the progress of the process.

    Combined orders with personalized and non-personalized items

    If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, we will hold them until the entire order is complete. This allows us to send all items in one shipment, so you receive your entire order at the same time.

    Shipping and delivery

    Orders are shipped from the Netherlands via DHL or POSTNL. Delivery takes place the next business day. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery. This is in the hands of the carrier as soon as we have delivered the package.

    Delivery by DHL

    If you are absent at the time of delivery, DHL will place a card in your mailbox stating which neighbours the package has been delivered to. If this is not possible, the order will be delivered to a DHL service point nearby the next day. Use the code on this card to see where your package will be delivered via Track & Trace.

    Delivery by PostNL

    In case of absence, PostNL will only show the status of the delivery digitally. You can follow the most recent information about your delivery via Track & Trace on our website.

    Track & Trace
    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code. This code allows you to track the progress of your delivery. If you do not see the email, please also check your "spam" or "junk" mail.
